Notice is hereby given that the firm of Warner &
McCarty, doing business as retail liquor dealers at
Price Utah is this day dissolved, Thomas L. McCarty
having sold his interest in said business to Niels
Olson. Parties having any claims against said firm
of McCarty & Warner are requested to present the
same for settlement to Warner & Olsen
