Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 29—Harvey
Logan, the alleged Montana train robber, was today
given ten sentences aggregating 130 years. Eight
sentences are for fifteen years each, to be served
concurrently; and two sentences are for five years
each to be served concurrently. This reduces his
sentence to twenty years. Judge Clark selected
Columbus O., as the prison in which Logan is to be
confined.
The defense may appeal to the United
States court of Appeals in Cincinnati. |
